Terms of service

A printable digital sympathy card delivered as a ZIP file you download. Each card comes with a print-and-fold layout in PDF and PNG, in two sizes (Standard and Compact), plus a how-to-print guide. No physical product is shipped.

When you buy a card, you get a personal-use license. This means:

• Yes: Print as many copies as you want for the immediate occasion (sending to friends, keeping a copy).
• Yes: Add your own handwritten message inside.
• Yes: Email or text the digital file to someone you're giving the card to.
• No: Resell, redistribute, or share the file publicly.
• No: Use the artwork in commercial products (calendars, mugs, prints for sale, etc.).
• No: Use the artwork to train AI models or in any AI dataset.

The license is yours forever (no expiry) — but it doesn't transfer if you sell or give the file to someone outside your immediate family or circle.

Payment is handled by Stripe at checkout. Pricing in US dollars. Refund terms live on the refund policy page — short version: free refund before download, no refund after download except for quality issues, which we always cover.

Your download link is emailed to you within a minute of payment. The link is valid for 14 days; after that, email us with your order number and we'll re-issue. We can't be held responsible for typos in the email address you provided at checkout — please double-check before paying.

We design every card to print cleanly on a standard home printer at "actual size / 100%". Final print quality depends on your printer, paper, and ink — we include a duplex-registration test page in every bundle so you can check your printer's alignment before printing the real card. We can't refund for printer-specific quality issues.

Our maximum liability for any single order is the amount you paid for that order. We don't accept liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the cards.

If the terms change, the "Last updated" date at the top changes. The version of the terms in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
