A single ZIP file with everything you need to print the card from any home printer anywhere in the world. Each card size includes a print-and-fold file in BOTH US Letter (8.5″ × 11″) and A4 (210 × 297 mm) — pick whichever paper you have. Per size you also get four 300 dpi face PNGs (front · back · inside-left · inside-right) for advanced duplex printing, plus a paper + envelope guide. Both Standard (5×7) and Compact (4¼×5½) sizes are included in every order — print whichever fits your envelope, or both.

Two sizes ship in every bundle, no need to choose at checkout. Standard is a 5″ × 7″ folded card that fits an A7 envelope — the familiar full-size card you'd see in stationery shops. Compact is a 4¼″ × 5½″ folded card that fits an A2 envelope — the classic sympathy-card size, quieter and easier to mail. Print whichever you have envelopes for, or both.

Three paths, pick whichever fits the printer you have: 1. take the files to a local or online print shop for the sharpest result; 2. two-sheet paste — print outside on one sheet, inside on a second, glue back-to-back (no duplex required); 3. home duplex + calibration — most home printers drift 1–3 mm on duplex, our calibration grid measures the drift and we ship a corrected bundle that pre-shifts to compensate. Cardstock 80–110 lb (216–298 gsm) — matte for handwriting; satin for richer color. Print on US Letter (8.5″ × 11″), A4 (210 × 297 mm), or any larger paper. The card prints at its actual size; the surrounding margin can be any size. Letter is common in the US/Canada/Mexico; A4 is the standard in China, Europe, the UK, and most other regions. Whichever paper you already own works — just print at actual size / 100% (never "fit to page").

Yes — that's the build-your-own page. Swap any face (front, back, inside-left, inside-right) with another design from our library. Toggle the inside off if you want it blank for handwriting. Same price as a catalog card.

Catalog and build-your-own bundles ship instantly: the download appears on the confirmation page and in your email within a minute or two of checkout.

Yes — anytime. Visit the re-download portal, enter the email you used at checkout, and we'll send a fresh link to that address. The bundle file itself only lives on our server for about an hour after each generation; we regenerate it on demand from your saved order details so the download is always fresh. Same flow lets you adjust for printer drift if your duplex prints come out misaligned.

Short version: we don't refund digital downloads — once the bundle is generated and emailed, the file is in your hands. BUT if something's genuinely wrong with what we delivered (broken file, low resolution, anything that prevents a clean print), email [email protected] with your order number and we'll make it right.
