Refunds, returns & exchanges

PawSympathy products are digital downloads. Nothing physical is shipped, so there is nothing to return or exchange. Once a bundle is generated and the download link is sent to your email, the sale is final and we don't process refunds. This is standard for instant-delivery digital files — the file leaves our hands as soon as it's emailed and we can't take it back.

Because every order is a digital file delivered instantly, we can't swap it for a different one after delivery. If you ordered the wrong design or want a different breed, message us and we'll help you pick the right one for your next order.

If something is genuinely wrong with what we delivered — a broken or unreadable file, missing pages, low resolution, garbled rendering, anything that prevents a clean print — email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with your order number and we'll make it right. Usually that means regenerating or hand-fixing the bundle and sending you a fresh copy. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you.

That's likely your printer's duplex drift, not a file problem. Use the re-download portal — there's a built-in tool to enter your printer's measured offset and regenerate a corrected bundle for free. Bundle also includes printer-alignment-test.pdf as a measurement grid. No need to email us for this.
